*Foreign nationals, who are nationals of SAARC countries (except India), are eligible for 50% Tuition Fee waiver provided that they have passed the qualifying examination in SAARC countries (refer to Annexure 2). They are required to pay an amount of US$ 2300 towards DEF, which comprises a non- 10 refundable registration fee of US$ 300 plus US$ 2000 tuition fee of the first semester.

After successful completion of the fee payment, kindly send Canara Bank fee receipt to the Institute by email to dasa@iiits.in with Applicant ID, Name of the candidate, Allotted programme, Category, Mobile Number, E-Mail etc for payment confirmation.
Candidates are required to keep the following Documents/Certificates ready for completing the admission process. After the remaining fee payment please upload the following documents using this Google form link provided.
- Downloaded copy of Provisional Allotment letter
- Balance fee payment receipt to IIIT Sri City
- Transfer Certificate issued from the school last attended
- Photocopy of Applicant’s Passport (Nationals of Nepal who do not have a passport, copy of Authenticated Citizenship Card must be submitted)
- Proof for date of birth (Secondary Education Board / University Certificate [Class X or equivalent] or any certificate issued by the Government authorities).
- Mark Sheets of 10th, 11th, and 12th (or) Equivalent examination(s).
- Certificate from School authorities (in the format given in Appendix-II on letter head of the school) as proof of completion of 11th and 12th Standard or equivalent.
- Percentage / CGPA equivalence provided by the principal examination authorities, in case CGPA on a different scale than that specified is awarded or if only grades are awarded.
- Proof of 2 years of education (11th and 12th or equivalent) in foreign country in case of NRI (School leaving certificate/Mark sheets / Study Certificate as in appendix IV).
- Student Visa (Applicable for Foreign Nationals)
- Medical Certificate on physical fitness and HIV free can be obtained from a reputed medical lab in India or home country (Refer Annexure)
- In addition to the above, applicant under CIWG quota, must produce all the following documents:
- Copy of the passport of the parent working in the gulf.
- Copy of Parent’s visa with a validity on any date in the year 2022. Page 3 of 6
- Copy of Parent’s Work Permit with a validity on any date in the year 2022.
- Certificate from the company/organization as proof that parent is working in gulf country as per Appendix III of UG Brochure Note: If the original certificates are not in English / Hindi, English / Hindi version / translation of such certificates, duly certified by the Principal / Director or other competent authority of the graduating Institute, will be required during the verification of documents.

Also Anti ragging affidavits (format is given below) on Rs 10 or above bond papers must be submitted when you report to the campus physically.

Dates for physical reporting:
22nd July 2026 to 25th July2026 and 13th Aug 2026 to 18th Aug 2026(including 15th August and 16th August .No physical reporting from 26 July - 12 August 2026)
Timings for reporting every working day(Mon-Sat) in between 11.00 AM to 4.00PM.
Information about Orientation programme and commencement of class work
Students are expected to go back after Physical reporting. The orientation dates are 4th,5th,6th September 2026 and Semester (class work) starts from 7th September 2026.
Note: If the original certificates are not in English / Hindi, English / Hindi version / translation of such certificates, duly certified by the Principal / Director or other competent authority of the graduating Institute, will be required during the verification of documents.

DASA
IIIT Sri City is one of the participating institutes in the Direct Admission Students Abroad (DASA) program. IIITS invites international students and the admission is administered through the DASA program. DASA allots students to IIITS and the institutes invite them for admission on a specific date and complete the admission formalities for the student. IIITS understands the sudden shift of the environment who has been studying abroad and supports the student's transition with internal faculty and staff. Given that our institute is already hosting DASA students, we believe that more students will join the institute and contribute to the growth of the institute.
