About The club
Nirvana is a thriving community in IIIT Sri City dedicated to empowering students with the transformative fusion of ancient wisdom and modern knowledge. Our mission is to facilitate profound discussions, share insights, and inspire personal growth by exploring the rich tapestry of traditional Indian Knowledge Systems and their deep-rooted relationship with contemporary science.
Our objectives encompass three essential aspects of life:
Meditation, Yoga, and Adhyatma - We champion the practice of meditation and yoga, complemented by the wisdom of Adhyatma, to guide students towards a harmonious and stress-free existence.
Material Success: We believe in achieving a well-rounded life, harmonizing academic and professional excellence with inner well-being.
Seek Beyond: Beyond the hustle and bustle of daily life, we encourage a quest for self-discovery, unveiling the mysteries of the universe and embracing life's profound purpose.
Our diverse events offer avenues for growth:
Yoga & Meditation Sessions (Yog) - Regular relaxation, stress relief, and music-infused meditation sessions.
Lecture Sessions by Guests (Upadesh) - Engaging sessions with contemporary spiritual and thought leaders.
Reading and Discussion Sessions (Shastrartha) - Delve into ancient epics and scriptures, and contemporary literature, and explore research in neuroscience, meditation, and psychology.
Join us to unearth the timeless wisdom of the ages and connect it with today's evolving knowledge landscape. Together, we embark on a journey towards balance, success, and enlightenment!
