About The club:
The Keynote Club at the Indian Institute of Information Technology, Sricity, is a dynamic literary and oratory hub. Through activities like debating and Model United Nations simulations (MUNs), we spark discussions on real-world issues, harnessing the power of speech to drive change. Our mission is to nurture students' oratory skills, fostering their ability to articulate ideas and shape the future. We empower the next generation through meaningful dialogue and persuasive communication.
Small Summary of activities conducted throughout the year:
- MUN (Utkrishta):
An intra-IIITS Model United Nations (MUN) session was held over 2 days, with delegates debating and discussing current geopolitical issues of the world.
- Khemet Challenge Triad (Abhisarga’ 24):
A three-part competition that consisted of a quiz, speech, and debate. The overarching theme was based on different mythologies and epics throughout history.
